Conditions of Payment:
For individual clients, your credit card will be kept as a guarantee until 48 hours before arrival. After that you will be charged for the first night.
For groups, 50% deposit upon confirmation, full payment according to agreement.

Cancellation Policy:
In written until 48 hours before arrival, clients are not charged.
For groups according to agreement.
Deposit is not returnable.

Hotel Hermes keeps the right to charge the credit card for the night of not coming without cancelling. You need to receive a confirmation of your cancellation.

Discounts:
Please note that a group price is offered for 20 pax or over
For every 25 persons, 1 person free of charge at the rate of the double room
